Refund policy

All sales are final once the order has been completed. 

If you have any questions about an item, that is not answered in the description, please email me before placing your order and I will answer the best I can. 

 If  an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item please email me immediately with a photo of the damaged/wrong item, along with your order number.  I will  handle each issue on an individual basis. 

If the wrong item is received, please email me with your order number.  If the item you ordered is still in stock, I will send you a paid return receipt for the item to be shipped back to me.   Once I receive the item, that must be unused, not damaged, and in it's packaging, I will send out the correct item.
