Russian Tea Glass (2)

My research of these beautiful tea glasses showed that they are  a pair of Russian Tea Glasses known as a "Podstakannik" which translates to "under the glass".  It is a traditional way of serving and drinking tea in Russia and other Slavic countries.

They are beautiful and in perfect condition
